In The Irresistible Community: An Invitation to Life Together, Bill Donahue explores how Christians can have meaningful community and fellowship with other believers. He discusses three parts of community: the table, the towel, and the truth. I especially liked the chapters that examined and defined truth, as well as the passages that talk about having a false image of God or a false image of ourselves. The book talks about many topics relating to Christian community, and also provides ideas on how to be a hospitable and trustworthy host to others. The Irresistible Community wonderfully encourages Christians to seek community with their brothers and sisters in Christ.
