SBParts® offers baby tutus in lavender, lime, orange, red, black, turquiose, yellow, and hot pink (like mine). The tutu is made of three layers of tulle that are cut at the bottom, and it has a seven-inch satin waistband that covers thin elastic. The tutu is shipped directly from China. Though the company claims it can fit a newborn, it is too wide for almost all newborns. One reviewer said it fits her 16-month-old, and a second said it fits her 18-month-old. I think the tutu is very cute, and I have not found any structual problems with it.
