Jesus Always: Embracing Joy in His Presence is an encouraging Christian devotional book written by Sarah Young. Because it focuses on joy, the book has a very positive tone, but Young also acknowledges the difficulties of life within her devotions – and how we can rely on God during troubling times.

One of my favorite devotions is from July 19, which talks about how God is our help and our shield. Another favorite devotion is from September 19, which reminds us to remember God when we are feeling downcast. This book would make a great gift. In addition to heartfelt devotions, the cover is made of imitation leather and the title is written in gold lettering. With its small size and light weight – it is 5.8 x 1.1 x 7 inches and weighs 13.6 ounces – the book is small and light enough to easily carry around. If you have enjoyed reading Sarah Young’s devotional books in the past, you may especially like this one. And if you have never read any of Sarah Young’s books, this is a great introduction into her devotionals.
