Gluten-Free Vegan Baking for Every Occasion: 75 Classics and New Creations to Celebrate is a great cookbook for those who are both gluten-free and vegan. It is relatively easy to find foods that are gluten-free, or ones that are vegan, but it is harder to find foods that have the non-gluten, vegan combination. Most of the recipes in the book do not include accompanying photographs, but the preparation instructions are clearly written, and the results sound mouth-watering. My favorite recipes that I found were the maple pecan bars, macadamia nut cookies, and vanilla cake with buttercream frosting. The book gives many good ideas for replacing gluten and staying vegan when baking.
