Taming the To-Do List: How to Choose Your Best Work Every Day by Glynnis Whitwer provides great ideas for getting more organized. I like Whitwer’s suggestions about identifying obvious and not-so-obvious time wasters, curbing perfectionism, and creating incentives or rewards for choosing the right priorities in your life.
In the book, Whitwer states that being too busy is a condition of our hearts, though I believe that this only applies to certain people in certain situations. Whereas some people truly are busy by choice, others are busy out of necessity. But, regardless of the reason that you are busy, this book does have helpful advice, and it is a good tool for reprioritizing and reorganizing your life.
