Jared C. Wilson’s book Unparalleled: How Christianity’s Uniqueness Makes it Compelling points out the ways in which Christianity is set apart from other religions. The book explores who God and Jesus are and examines how grace is the essence of Christianity. I believe the book serves a two-fold purpose, because it not only shows what makes Christianity unique, but nicely summarizes the key tenets of Christian faith. Wilson writes in a nice conversational style. In many ways, my ideology is slightly different from that of Wilson, but I enjoyed reading his thoughts, ideas, and anecdotes.
