Reaching Millennials: Proven Methods for Engaging a Younger Generation discusses how to reach millenials in Christian ministry. The book is written by David Stark, President of BusinessKeys International (and father to millenials). One section I found particularly interesting talked about how some people automatically think of what social issues evangelicals are against when they hear the word “evangelical,” and Stark discusses how millenials may become more engaged in church if they don’t stereotype Christianity as a religion that is just “against” things. I also liked the section that talked about fostering content-oriented small groups and needs-oriented small groups. The book discusses ways to engage millenials both inside and outside of the Church.
