The NKJV Minister’s Bible, Imitation Leather is a beautiful New King James Version Bible produced by Thomas Nelson. The Bible is sold in both brown and black Leathersoft models; my copy is the brown model, and I like its rich color and soft texture. The font is a nice black with serifs; the size of the font is 9 point print. The words of Jesus are highlighted in red.

The Bible includes three built-in ribbon bookmarks: brown, red, and burnt orange. When the Bible is fully closed, you can see that the edges of the pages are trimmed in a gold hue that glitters. I did notice that some of the glitter ended up on my fingers. The Bible is about 2 pounds, so it might be a bit too heavy for those who are used to carrying around extremely lightweight Bibles.

This Bible would be a great gift for ministers, because it includes pastoral resources within the pages, such as prayers, sermons, and outlines. These resources would definitely come in handy for a minister; for example, one of the sermons is a baptism sermon, and another is a wedding sermon for a formal ceremony.
