God’s Word to Dream On: Bedtime Bible Stories and Prayers is a delightful children’s Bible storybook written by Diane M. Stortz and illustrated by Diane Le Feyer. The 224-page book is full of detailed and descriptive Bible stories, with accounts such as Creation, Daniel and the Hungry Lions, and Praying for Peter.

Through this book, children can learn about stories they may have heard frequently in Sunday school, such as Jesus healing people, as well as ones that are sometimes lesser known to little ones, such as the story of Isaac and Rebekah. The pages are full of bright and vibrant colors, and the characters are drawn with curious and thoughtful facial expressions. One of my favorite stories was the one about Moses and the burning bush. The book is 7.1 x .8 x 8.2 inches and weighs 1.5 pounds, and the cover is beautifully decorated with glitter.
