ITSM Quickstart Guide: The Simplified Beginner’s Guide to IT Service Management by ClydeBank covers the basics of IT Service Management. The authors take what may be considered a dry subject matter, and turn it into a very “readable” book. Among many things, the guide talks about the foundation of ITSM and how to practically apply ITSM. Some sections I found particularly interesting were the importance of ITSM strategy, as well as ITSM and security. The book is well formatted, with clear, bold paragraph headings and a helpful glossary.
